Come to Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne for a creative exploration of the water cycle and the importance of rain to all life. Children will use all their senses to investigate the role of a raindrop, from the sky to the sea as they discover the stunning Australian Garden.
Students will:
- Listen to a story introducing the importance of water
- Practise motor and rhythm skills through music and dance
- Use water as inspiration for creative expression with water painting
- Investigate the diversity of the landscape by going on a colour hunt
- Pot up a drought-tolerant plant to take home
