Through gentle exploration of Melbourne gardens, explore the physical, mental and emotional benefits of nature and spending time outdoors.
Students will learn wellbeing strategies such as mindfulness, tuning in with the senses and observing the natural world. This program helps students to understand the impacts of technology and stress on their wellbeing and learn tools for self-regulation through spending time in nature.
This program is also recommended as an immersive experience for students learning English as an additional language, or City Experience excursions.
Students will:
